The GCC Business & Innovation Hub (Talanta Hub) is a transformative initiative that empowers youth with disabilities to access employment opportunities and establish sustainable microenterprises. Through entrepreneurship support, digital innovation, business development services, mentorship, and market linkages, the Hub equips young people with disabilities with the tools and confidence needed to achieve economic independence.

Established as both a leadership and business incubation center, Talanta Hub nurtures entrepreneurial talent, promotes innovation, and showcases the skills, creativity, and potential of youth with disabilities. The Hub creates pathways for dignified work, financial inclusion, and sustainable livelihoods.

Since its inception, Talanta Hub has supported the establishment of businesses and employment opportunities in sectors including beauty, tailoring, agriculture, photography, and mechanics. The Hub has trained and empowered young women and men with disabilities to start and grow enterprises while enhancing their employability skills.

Through continuous mentorship and business support, participants have gained practical experience, strengthened their confidence, and challenged negative perceptions surrounding disability and economic participation.
